An American wheat ale made with European ingredients. Belgium wheat malt and Czech Saaz hops provide a spicy, fruity balance to this seasonal ale.
Racer 5 Indian Pale Ale
Bear Republic Brewery. Healdsburg, CA. 7% ABV
This hoppy American IPA is a full bodied beer brewed American pale and with crystal malts, and heavily hopped with Chinook, Cascade, Columbus and Centennial. There's a trophy in every glass.
Scrimshaw Pilsner
North Coast Brewery. Fort Bragg, CA. 4.4% ABV
Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition from Munich and Klages malts, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish.
Eliot Ness Amber Lager
Great Lakes Brewery. Cleveland, OH. 6.2% ABV
Deep Amber red color, with a fragrant malt aroma. Flavorful notes of rich caramelized malt and noble hop flavors harmonize on the palate leading to a crisp clean finish. Named after one of Cleveland's most respected safety directors, who frequented the brewpub's bar during his tenure from 1935-1941 and, according to popular legend, was responsible for the bullet holes still evident today.

Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts, this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful scotch ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude.
DC Brau Public Ale
DC Brau Brewing Company. Washington, DC. 6.0% ABV
A delicious easy drinking pale ale made from a simple recipe of quality grain and top notch American hops. Tawny hues of caramel and amber are a trademark of the Public ale as well as a delicious spruce crispness resulting from a beautiful abundance of hops.
Port City Porter
Port City Brewing. Alexandria, VA. 7.5% ABV
Bittersweet flavors of coffee and dark chocolate. It has very complex malt character enhanced by yeast fruitiness.
Mama's Little Yella Pills

North Coast Brother Thelonious

The beer is being released in conjunction with the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz, and the brewery will make a contribution to the Institute for every case sold to support jazz education. Like a Belgian "Dark Strong Ale", this beer is rich and robust.

Acrobat, Pinot Gris, 2008
Eugene, Oregon. 12.5% ABV
Has flavors of tangerine, lemon, kiwi, and pineapple. It has a crisp entry with nice balance between acidity and residual sugar, round and full mid-palate, clean refreshing finish.
Murphy-Goode, Fume Blanc
Sonoma County, CA. 13% ABV
Boasts flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits expressed over a bright, yet rich mouthfeel. Fermented in stainless steel to retain the fruit aromatics and a portion was barrel fermented to increase the texture of the wine. This is our sauvignon blanc.
Bridlewood, Chardonnay
Santa Barbara County, CA. 13.5% ABV
This Aromatic chardonnay displays ripe aromas and pure flavors of nectarine and golden apples.
Fat Cat Pinot Noir, 2007
Napa, CA
Wild berry aromas and lively accents of plum and raspberry swing together with with crisp acidity and light tannins for one finesse of a finish.
Concannon Pinot Noir, 2007. Limited Release
Central Coast. 13.2% ABV
This medium bodied wine displays vibrant aromas of red cherry and ripe strawberry. This is a food friendly wine with a smooth finish.
Cypress Vineyards, Merlot. 2007
Central Coast, CA. 13.8% ABV
This wine has lovely aromas of fresh plums, red currants and sour cherry, complemented by a subtle hint of mint.
Red Diamond, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007
Washington State. 13.5% ABV
Aromas of cassis and licorice with hints leather precede a rich, velvety-textured palate of red fruit jam and a sweet touch of toasty oak on the long finish.
Joel Gott, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007
St. Helena, CA. 14.3% ABV
The fruit is sourced from Napa Valley, the Mendocino coast, Paso Robles and Lake county. Together, these appellations create a balanced, structured wine with supple tannins, bright acidity, and flavors of spicy red fruit and rich black fruit that are intensified by aromas of currants, cedar and black tea.
